The new Guida Osterie d’Italia 2025, published by Slow Food, celebrates Italian restaurant excellence with 1917 reviewed establishments throughout the country. Among osterie, agriturismi, wine bars with kitchen and restaurants, Sicily once again stands out as one of the most awarded regions, earning 21 prestigious Chiocciole, a symbol of quality and adherence to the values of the famous international association.
