Guided walking tour of Messina
The two-hour walking tour starts from Piazza del Duomo, under the splendid bell tower built in 1933. Other interesting monuments worth visiting include the Church of the Catalans, a testament to the Arab-Norman style, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, the second largest in southern Italy, and the Baroque-style Monastery of Mercy. The tour will depart from Messina, travelling along the Tyrrhenian coast for about 90 minutes towards our destination: Argimusco, also known as the Sicilian Stonehenge, where we will begin our two-hour trek surrounded by these mysterious megaliths. The excursion will continue with a visit to the castle of Montalbano Elicona and a tasting of typical local products. The last stop on the day tour will be the panoramic viewpoint of Messina, where you can admire its historic centre and the Ionian coast.

You will start your exploration from Giardini Naxos beach and continue towards the Grotta degli Innamorati (Lovers' Cave), a large heart-shaped recess carved into the white limestone rock that stands out on Capo Taormina. Once you arrive near the cave, there will be a short stop to allow you to swim in the beautiful clear waters of Capo Taormina, becoming one with this beautiful, unspoiled, and colorful marine environment.
