Fud Bottega Sicula is a hamburgheria-workshop in Catania, where the protagonist in the kitchen is the Sicilian raw material from small producers. From Modican meats to Nebrodi salami, from buffalo to Ragusa Sicilian beef, but also sweet provola delle Madonie and goat cheese of Agrigento, up to the vegetables symbol of the island. After the success in Catania, Fud Bottega Sicula has opened new offices in Palermo and Milan proposing the informal concept, which since 2012 celebrates the excellence of Sicily, even in the two capitals of the region!
